I Say…

Tala is a hard to find CD! I don’t know why it took me quite sometime to find a copy of it standing on the racks of Odyssey. A while back I remembered seeing copies of it on Tower Records but when I came back they’re all gone!

Moving on, Paramita’s album Tala is a must have album. The selection of songs are sad & hopeful at the same time. I think that Ria Bautista’s song writing is very, very romantic & can easily reach through any person, in love or not. It speaks out loud of emotions, both bitter and happy that even those who do not have the habit of delving deeper into song meanings can relate or give their own interpretation of it. Hiling & Tala are my personal favorites as well as the mellow track Lullaby.

With their distinct sound and creativity, Paramita is bound to bring the OPM industry another step higher.
